The play was created during a one-year research in which young people participated with the need to act as activists, changing both theaters and the social community they addressed. They examined the state’s relations towards artists after the Second World War until 2000, as well as the voice of stage performers, personal artistic concepts, and attitudes towards gender as a social construct. The goal was to point out the absurdity that we lived under, the pressure of a totalitarian society that takes away our freedom of creation, and gender choice and stifles the individual and the authentic within us.
